Well my baby is no longer a baby. As of January 7th, Caitlin or as we like to call her Caitybug, is 16. My sweet little girl is growing up. We had a great birthday dinner with Nanna and Pawpaw the night before her birthday. Once again Mom put on a great spread of turkey, sausge dressing (which according to my husband I really need the recipe) mashed potatoes, peas, biscuits, and Cherry Angle Delight - YUM. On Caity's birthday Troy treated us to dinner at Texas Roadhouse where he made sure that our waiter was well aware of Caity's birthday. At the end of the evening, the staff came up and announced to the entire restaurant that it was Caity's birhthday and that we all needed to shout a Yee Haw just for her. Her face was a lovely shade of red. To top off the birthday week, we hosted an ice skating party today with many of Caity's friends from school. Had a great time. No injuries!!
